It’s Friday!
It’s time for an English language clip here at Groovy Friday, but I’m not ready to bring things back to the U.S. quite yet. Let’s go to Canada instead. This is from a Canadian summer replacement series called “Juliette and the Good Company.” You may be asking yourself, “Who the hell is Juliette?” Good question. Here’s your answer:

Now you know. A better question would be, “Who the hell are the Good Company?” I have no idea. They don’t look familiar. I figure it this way; any Canadian entertainers who are good-looking and talented enough will find fame south of the border in Hollywood or New York. The next tier of entertainers find their fame at home during the regular Canadian television season. Then there’s the Good Company. They’re relegated to summer replacement TV and for good reason. They are talented…to a degree. They’re good-looking…in a average sort of way. For a medley based on the word “face,” there aren’t many in this clip that are TV level attractive. They do avoid colliding with each other at 00:50, however, and that requires some skill.
Our pet, Juliette is still alive and will celebrate her 90th birthday in August.
Have a groovy weekend!
