The gang this week delves into a movie that I couldn’t watch all the way through: Mel Gibson’s landmark The Passion of the Christ. I did not expect any movie to demand I gaze unflinchingly at the brutal torture and crucifixion of Jesus and it caught me very much by surprise. I imagine that’s true of a good number of people. It seems at least two of the guys were similarly affected. Did it affect them for good or ill? What did they think of how Mel handled the subject matter? You’ll have to listen in!
